Tire looks fine, and is holding air. Its not flat and the car drives ok. Could the sensor have gone bad? What else would cause the light to come on other than losing air or bad sensors?

What was the temperature when you started the car? If it was cool than there may have been some moisture in the tire from temperature change that was influencing the sensor, also cooler temps cause a slight drop in tire pressure until you start driving again to warm it.

Electronics fail sometimes. Did you check pressure in all four tires? Some systems report errors when pressure is ok but different from other tires on the car.

Did you check the tire pressure????

It doesn't take a lot of pressure difference to make the stupid light come on.

Mine just did it to me because the temp dropped here and was just enough to turn the light on. Check the pressure in the tires and do not rely on that goofy light!
