The warning light on the dash with the exclamation mark is the tire pressure light, right? Mine came on this morning. The car was sitting for the past 3 days at the new house without being driven and it was pretty damn cold this morning. As soon as I started the car up, the light came on. Didnt go off driving to work, so if it its for the tires, I'll check them with a tire gauge later tonight. Also, why are there 2 lights for the tire pressure? The exclamation mark one and theres another light that actually says TPMS.

Actually...a quick search on Google got me this:

If the word TPMS becomes illuminated: you have a TPMS monitor fault (sensor is not reading)

If the exclamation light becomes illuminated: you have low tire pressure

soooooo.... your sensor isn't reading AND you have a low tire??

The TPMS on my Murano is acting up. All tires are full of air, and I've always heard Discount Tire suggesting to have them cleaned for $3 when you get new tires put on. I guess mine are dirty.

My TPMS light is on because I didn't put sensors on my aftermarket wheels. The low pressure light (!) is not illuminated, just TPMS.

On the Murano, if the light is solid, you have low pressure. If it flashes, you have a bad sensor.

Good to know.

It flashes for the first 10-15 seconds and then goes static. 2009 model

I can't believe auto makers put these things on cars. WTF!? Just seems like another thing to break.

They are putting them on cars because your neighbors to the South don't give a damn about who runs their country. We elect buffouns who do stupid things like mandate TPMS on new cars, on the excuse that we are all too stupid to check our tires every once in a while.

He is somewhat correct, it is mandated by law that they be on there. However trying to connect that to "don't give a damn about who runs their country" makes little to no sense at all.

How did a thread about TPMS turn political?
