Default How much slower will my car be with 20's?

If I get 20" wheels and tires (upgrade from the stock 18's) how much slower will my car be? Will it be noticeable or are we talking a very small amount that wont matter? I know it depends on how heavy the wheels are but if they're not too much more heavy than the stockers, then what are we talking about here? Anybody tracked their car with both 18s and 20s on just to see what the difference is?

It will be very noticeable, just because most 20s are 2 piece because they have spinners and also im assuming if you are needing 20s you probably have a trunk full of subs and about 60lbs of stick on chrome stickers!

It's going to be significantly slower. You can't say xxhp or x.xx seconds faster in the 1/4. It really does depend on weight.

If you want it to be fast, get 18s.

If you want perfect "fitment" and the best look, get 19s.

If you want "baller status" get 20s, slam it, and run too much camber.

Don't get 20's unless you have a lot of performance mods to even out what you'll be losing by upgrading to that size of wheel. Stick with 18's or at the very highest...go with 19's. 18's will keep your car fast, won't be as expensive (19's are a rare size so you will spend a lot more), and your mileage won't go to hell.
