don't everyone hold contempt for logistics when they screw up?



i lost a couple of item thanks to them..thankfully, the seller send a free replacement.

The UPS guy knows my name and I know his. Why I hear the truck coming, I open the door and wait with a bottle of water. I get my box, he gets the water.
