How do you deal with people who camp in your blindspot?

For some stupid reason people around here love to drive right next to you and camp out in your blind spot. I usually just try to speed up real quick if there's no in front of me, so they are not right next to me. What do you guys do?

Especially if they are in the "passing" lane this can be what I call a "slingshot" maneuver - speed up 5-10MPH over, then slow down to the limit again. They'll keep going like you sent them out of a slingshot.
If they don't, then they're likely on autopilot. Even slowing down a little to see if they will pass, is preferable to being around a driver heads-down on their phone or whatever.

I don't believe in blind spots....
I do however, believe in properly adjusted mirrors (using them helps too) and traffic. Right lane is intended for passing but(in traffic) it's wishful thinking.
