Just wanted to introduce myself,name's Amanda. I bought my new-to-me GenCoupe back in October and just recently found these forums.

I owned an Accent before, but when I saw a Gen on the road it was love at first sight and I couldn't wait to buy one. This car is an absolute blast to drive and it turns heads everywhere I go. I don't have any major performance mods planned, I'm eventually going to upgrade the exhaust setup for deeper sound and do a 20" tire setup with some Incurve wheels.

Welcome to the site. Where in Canada are you? There are a lot of owners in the Ontario area.

Look into the BTR tune, you'll be happy you did

 

Get a clutch first! BTR tune will tear up your factory clutch real quick!

 

I'm from Nova Scotia. There are a few other gen owners around, which surprised me living in a small town.

A tune is def. not out of the question, lol. Once I graduate from college and pay off my student loan :biggrin:

Lmao! I just learned to drive a manual on this car, I've probably done a good job on the stock clutch already! I'm running a bet with a few friends to see how long I can go before it starts to slip
