HP wise I would go with a EBC. I recommend the profec b for the price or the Blitz DSBC-iD for overall best EBC. I would not recommend a MBC if your in an area where temp and altitude changes are frequent or common. It can cause overboost or loss of boost.
For torque I saw an article on putting in an AFC?(I'll look for the article) that can increase torque by nearly 50%. In other words, put you near 300 ft/lb.
Best increases for any turbo car will always be from boost controller, intake, downpipe, exhaust(in that order). Further mods will be abit more major and probably be less in the bang for buck and more complicated.
Downpipe and intake will allow you to hear the turbo alot more plus allow for faster spool.
Blowoff just sounds cool. I'm sure your stocker can hold the boost you will be pushing for quite a while.

MBC & intake first... you'll get no benefit from a bov other than some noise.. and the oem one works just fine.
These cars are great if you haven't flashed, because you can put a mbc on without a boost gauge safely.. if you boost over 18psi the bov will just open and won't close again until you reset ecu (turn car off & then back on).

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (majik @ Oct 10 2010, 08:00 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>just to add, the stock bypass valve is said to "leak" at any increase in boost and should then be replaced by an aftermarket bov</div>
it does.. mine did..
I used to have my bov on the cold side elbow pipe.. but recently moved it back to stock location (bolted on to turbo).
Didn't notice any difference either way... some people just prefer to have it closer to throttle body.
