No need to apologize. I just drilled holes in my license plates and moved it up to match the existing holes in the bumper and clear it from the lower grill opening.

I just did body work and smoothed my bolt holes over. Looks alot better but not everyone has those skills or wants to pay a bodyshop to do it. So plugs from home depot I guess are the next best thing...

The problem is, they don't sit as flush as I'd like them to. I bit the bullet and ordered a pair of painted Bumper Plugs from bumperplugs.com. Sure they're $32, but in the grand scheme of things, I spend way more on other car stuff and I want it done right.
