Is it possible and how expensive would it be to retrofit the Brembo brakes onto a Genesis Coupe without that option? I searched but could not find anything. Any idea on cost? Thanks.

 

Cost depends heavily on the supplier. For a relatively new car retail will be expensive. From a wrecked junker, not so much.

 

Look at the web tools the only difference I can see is the caliper. Unless the rotor is also a different diameter.

It seems both bolt up the same and require the same hardware, like stocker said, if you can find a wrecked GC to scavenge them from that'll be a lot less $$.

 

The caliper and rotors need changed and in the back you need to cut off the lip of the rotor shield. Generally you can get a used set of calipers for about a grand.
