Is a regular home use blow dryer good enough to use to wrap parts with 3m carbon finer vinyl? Im gonna wrap my center console and eventually get some matte black for the roof. Ive read that vinyl shops usually use heat guns. I dont want to buy one if I dont have to so if a blow dryer you use on your hair with high and low settings is good enough then cool.

 

You can use the blow dryer but I highly recommend a heat gun! It makes the vinyl easier to work with. Sometime you can find heat guns for cheap at your local hardware stores. You dont need an expensive one. Good luck tho!
