Air temp affect/effect on subwoofer
So I live in Miami. I've noticed that in my morning my sub sounds very clean and sounds fantastic. I have a ported enclosure.
I've noticed that when I park in the sun and I get in and fire up the stereo, the sub seems to have a slightly higher sensitivity and a tiny bit boomy. If I park in the parking garage at work, it is fine, it only happens when I park in the sun outside.
My question is, does the temperature of the air in the box really affect the sub that much that it can be audible?
