2013 upgrades
Other than more power, different front end and tail lights, and the interior gauges, will the 2013's have any other options that dont come on the 2010's or 2011's?

Can't really say for sure until Hyundai puts them up on the website. Then you'll be able to go into "Build my car" and see exactly what's available.
