Default Is there a way to flare stainless steel tubing without machine?

Hey all,

Just want to know how I'd flare a stainless steel exhaust tube without a machine. I want to flare a 2.5" stainless pipe a bit to sit nicely over a 2.25" gasket collector.

Thanks

You could try hammering in something to flare out

I don't understand what a 2.25" gasket collector is

You could cut slots in the end of the pipe, peel it out like a banana, then weld small bits of metal into the holes.
