Hyundai Elantra Forum The Hyundai Elantra Forum. Later models (96-up) of this 4-door share their Beta engines and chassis with the Hyundai Tiburon. Earlier Mistubishi-based Hyundai Elantras (92-95) are perfect candidates for the popular 4g63t motor swap, which turns the Hyundai Elantra into a real sleeper. These characteristics make the Hyundai Elantra a great car for those who want sports car performance with family car flexibility.

Can't do a 215/45/16? Or a 215/45/16? Or 215/50/16? I'm sure at least a 215 will fit up without issue. I had 205's on my 17x7 and these O.Z.'s are 7.5.

I know the Tiburon wheel fitments but I've never done anything with the wheels on the Elantra.

It's currently down the street at my mechanics getting a 1.8L cam upgrade and new valve cover gaskets. Coincidently I shipped them all the way not from Perth but from the other coast, Brisbane, Australia. Good quality stuff these gaskets.
