Look at the mounts for cracks, can you physically rock the motor by hand? can you shift hand and feel the motor slamming back and forth? IF you let of and jump on the throttle do you feel no power then a huge jerk?

Your car is 10 years old with rubber mounts. If you suspect they are bad, you probably are right. If you look at them, you will see sagging and cracks. Search for window weld or filled mounts on this site and you might come up with a solution some people (like me) find superior to the stock mounts.
