HID install - one side running in the pic.

 

^Be careful with running testing with one HID. I recall reading something about if you run one HID with one regular bulb it will damage one side and cause it to be permanently dim from the uneven wattage. Does anyone recall this?



I don't favor white rims. There is only one car in my book that can pull it off, and it's not some crummy Honda Fit.

 

I turned it on just long enough to make sure I plugged it in right, The H11b have two yellow wires running to the bulb itself and I was to lazy to get the multi out, also wasn't sure if the direction it was plugged in mattered.

 

ok, went cheap. No car note this month + selling some old parts = paid for them. I will probably get them painted white the next time I get a decent amount of time off work. However, better than the steel/hubcaps IMO. Also, once i lower it a bit I wont feel weird about lowering on stock steel.

 

I think that was a good choice of wheel,not to BIG, not to small.. Plus they look right on point, sporty, but not super low pro and all blades!!!

15s, lol. I was able to move the tires/sensors over. That is why I said went cheap.

 

hey witch doctor i have the same car and i was wondering whats your plans on lowering the car and what year wagon has the short throw that will fit the HD thanks

 

I do, but do not want to slam it. I was going to start looking for springs vs. drop soon. Not sure on the year but the short throw was part of the trim name it seems, lol

 

yeah ive found lowering springs and coilovers for the car and they arent that expensive depending on what you select, i just cant stand my cars handling anymore its pos.lol if you find info on the short throw i would be greatly interested in it. sharkracing.com has the springs and co.
