Got a ticket for having yellow fogs
Cop said you can only have white light coming from the front of the car. So I plan to fight it. Are there any cars that come from the factory with yellow fogs or are all of them white?

he's right. Forward facing lights must be white. You'll have to read the highway traffic act/law for your area to see if you have any chance of winning in court.

front can only be white and amber rear can only be red, amber and white
I had yellow fogs on the mazda before I took them off just because..... You MIGHT be able to fight it..... I say it's 50/50 depending on the judge and the car..... normally yellow fogs are for offroading cars (ie subarus & evos)

In CT, red, green and blue are the only colors that can't be facing forward, as they are all emergency colors. Obviously this is different state to state, but look into your laws before you fight anything. It would suck to get in there and make an ass of yourself.

^Guess it's up to how strict or leniant your locals want to be on you then. Never had an issue with my yellow HID fogs on the Elantra. Rules is rules though...

Yellow=amber......
These regs are from the FED DOT and will supersede any local laws. It's how they regulate the lighting on interstate trucking.
I use to have my amber turn signals hooked up with my red stop lamps on a Taurus. It would really get your attention but both yellow and red for brake lights is legal.
Also it's illegal to have any color but red and amber seen from the rear except the license plate light or backup lamps which must be white. So when you put purple bulbs in the door lights that are seen when the door is open it's technically illegal. That is why the lens/reflector is red, though it's a neutered light fixture, it still will reflect red at night.
I had red license plate lights once, took them off the next day as they attracted way to much official scrutiny.
