Did the elantra GT's come with anything different from the factory to give them more hp than a non gt? Did people at one time think the cams out of an elantra gt were on par with a performance upgrade that the 1.8 cams gave?

 

the motor is the same. it has a slightly stiffer suspension and a few options the GLS didn't get.

 

Like black body trim and marker lights with an angled edge so you can't buy the clear ones, lol..... Engine is the same though.

dont they get fake leather as well?

 

Ah yes.......how could I forget my leather inserts, lol! 01-03 leather was much nicer.
