Hyundai Elantra Forum The Hyundai Elantra Forum. Later models (96-up) of this 4-door share their Beta engines and chassis with the Hyundai Tiburon. Earlier Mistubishi-based Hyundai Elantras (92-95) are perfect candidates for the popular 4g63t motor swap, which turns the Hyundai Elantra into a real sleeper. These characteristics make the Hyundai Elantra a great car for those who want sports car performance with family car flexibility.

If they want $25, i'll stick with the 2011 Sonata Se for $23, but i'd bite in the $21-$22k range.

Actually, it reminds me of a chevy cavalier, even worse! No thank you Hyundai, no thank you.

i completely agree if you are referring to the Elantra! i was referring to the Genesis Coupe there the 2009 Elantra is a good design, puts the rental car motto to rest.

Yeah, but those pics are the 2012 Elantra coupe. How did the Genesis even get into your conversation? Did I miss a post somewhere?

Anyone else want to see the Tiburon Logo on this? Just me?

Since the RDs were just Elantra coups and the 2011 front is so aggressive looking it just seems like a smart plan. Plus that badge sells well. But 25k seems steep

We'll have to wait until it hits the lots to know for sure. The 4 door limited (at $21-23k) is selling crazy fast. If 2 doors is more desireable, maybe they'll get $25, but i'm hoping to see it for a bit less.
