I saw the dyno. I couldn't get a copy but it showed a solid 12 hp gain. I think it went from 143 to 155 Uncorrected PS wheel hp on a dynojet.

Hey Nikos! We have the same kind of filter! But mine is a complete kit snatched from a Civic...

Sound is racy

Just a thought, but since the V6 is a bigger engine with more displacement, wouldn't it make sense that it would have more benefit from a CAI than the I4? All of these mods are kinda based on percentages, more or less, so it seems to me that a larger engine SHOULD see a greater benefit from more airflow.

Of course, I am a bit new to this sort of scene, so I can be wrong....

Wait a minute. Is this thing for a 2003 Tiburon or a 2002? And aren't the 2002's 2nd gen's? In the ad, is says that it's for the "Tuscani"--isn't that a 2003 Tib GT here in the US?

Skitzo- It's actually based on how restrictive the stock intake is. If the Stock intake on the V6 is better than the I4, it can show smaller gains or no gains. Either that, or a poorly designed and inadequatly tested CAI would show little/no gains.

ItaliaTib- Tuscani's are Gen3 tiburons (2003's)

The installation of that CAI was an easy job.I've got my filter and connect it with the pvc pipe(75mm)at the place where i want it.I drilled to holes one for the air meter and the other for the oil....That was it.Also my filter has an opening of 75-80mm so with the Throttle body of 54mm it makes the venturi effect.

These are pics of my filter right under the Evo VI hole is the CAI:
