Hyundai Accent Forum The Hyundai Accent Forum. Hyundai's little champ. While the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Excel may be small, they respond very well to aftermarket modifications and is among the favorites for Hyundai tuners.

I like the way everyone says no. And realistically its cheaper to get a wrx...maybe....but to have one of the few awd street driven accents in the world would be priceless. Ive seen a civic hatch back with a rearwheel drive system swapped in from a silvia and skyline parts. It was in modified magazine I believe. You got the skill and knowledge your bill to make the car goes down alot. But whatever im not into crushing peoples dreams.

there was this RD1 featured before (i saw it in YouTube) where they converted it into an AWD. i believe the also put an engine at the back. last i heard was that it was sold and currently isnt running because of problems brought about by the conversion. specs looked good on paper but the build was really bad.

Take a civic hatchback and a subaru wrx, put them together and what do you get?? It's a pretty sweet build and only cost the guy $5500. This guy has some skill AND has the shop to do the work needed. Prob one of the best/cheap builds I have EVER seen!
