where to install ballasts for HID

Vehicle: Two Accents, Mini, Miata, Van, Outback, and a ZX-6
Mounted them to the crash bar in the bumper or brackets right there. It isn't bad once you get under there and look, I found plenty of space for 4 ballasts.
