Hyundai Accent Forum The Hyundai Accent Forum. Hyundai's little champ. While the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Excel may be small, they respond very well to aftermarket modifications and is among the favorites for Hyundai tuners.

We have a few vendors you can check out at the bottom of the forum. They sell all kinds of aftermarket parts for Hyundai's.

Well, having searched extensively for the same, it boils down to four sources of information; the Hyundai Service Information site, the Haynes aftermarket manual, youtube and Hyundai forums. Of these, the forums are the most useful. The Hyundai site is OK but lacks any real detail and the drawings are primitive. Youtube has good how-tos on basic repairs, but it's a little tough to take it out to the car with you unless you are WIFI at home. The Haynes manual I don't have yet, but find them (have them for 5 other cars) useful for the pictures. My favorite tool in my toolbox is an active forum. There are at least five dedicated Hyundai forums that have a sub-thread for Accents.

Speaking of toolbox, if you are thinking about taking up basic mechanicking, do you have the tools? Most of us have a lifetime collection and still don't have everything we need each time we tackle something new.
