i have a friend that run a accent 4 sedan with a beta 2.0, 13.8 all motor



and a friend of him 13.2

 

why would i need to reread the title the all motor beat ran 13.8 not the v6

beta not beat hahah

 

digging up this month old thread. Am I the only one that think that's a waste of time. Heavier with only 30hp more then a Beta, no room for a turbo or anything. Seems nitrous is the only way to make this worthwhile.

 

Well if its his project then I say no as the waste of time comment on this would be an opinion really. I myself would really be looking at a turbo Theta motor to replace my beta swapped Accent. Its the only real solution living in California to turbo my car and stay smog legal.

 

he ran the car again and they say it ran 13.05 this time... so almost a high 12 sec all motor car not bad... he also mentioned about going with a bigger throttle body and seeing what happens
