If the DASH is different, and the ECU's are different, and the engine sensors are different then yeah, you'll need to do some re-wiring.

The "easy" way to do it is to get an entire front clip. engine, tranny, dash and ECU + front end wiring. Then you just need to remove your engine/trans/wiring/ecu/dash and replace with the parts from the "donor" front clip.

I'm not sure how strict the Brits are on emissions/vehicle inspections. You'll want to do whatever you can to make sure it's all 100% legal. I know in California, engine swaps can only come from a car the same year or NEWER. So since you have a 2002, you'd have to use a 2002 or newer engine (regardless of displacement). Check with your local laws/regulations. You'd be really pissed if you do all the work and get it working only to find out you can't get it registered!

We are pretty strict but i can get away with the testing.

Engine as no limit on year aslong as i tell DVLA the engine number on the Logbook (pinkslip/Car registion)

Well since the engine will be out of a coupe (only car with beta engine) the dashboard will be different ect.

So Gonna need the 1999-2001 Coupe (Beta 1)

Need the Whole engine, Hoses and pipe work (power steering stuff ect)

The Std ECU and Keys Cause there chipped.

So im gonna need the Engine and dash wiring ? that inculde the Rear lights/Fuel pump wiring ect ?

I will need to tape the coupe key to the ECU imobizer Pickup and use my Std Key setup or else the car won't run.

Is there a wiring guide for this somone where as i'v done a few rewires but northing that inculdes the whole dashboard.

Get a DOHC LC ECU. If possible the ECU should be setup the same as your Beta engine for a MAF/MAP. Follow the DIY on here, but pinouts may be different, you'll have to investigate that.

Yuck, that is grotty. I guess that's something to chalk up for the single slam alpha, being installed in cars between 1992 and like 2008.
