well i had to put my stock exhaust back on do to the astrel kit i put on. sounds pretty good with the civic intake on though. but i still want my exhaust back on, my question is, is there any good performance/sound exhaust that turn down just befor the rear lip like the stock one.

well, it's not so much an exhaust, it's just the muffler. if i were you, i would look around on the net for a muffler that has the inlet size you need for your aftermarket exhuast and tips down, like you're talking about. i don't know of any off of the top of my head.

Not sure how the rear of the exhaust looks on an Accent, but if it were my tib, I would have a shop bend the pipe down a bit after it goes over the rear axle. Then you wouldn't have to get a muffler that bends down. They might have to put a new hanger on, but at least you can position the exhaust exactly where you want it.
