You can turbo a lawnmower.. and a reasonable guess is to take the boost level, divide 14.7 by that number, then multiply that by stock hp. Then you have a guess you can back up with math, but the real outcome wont be that number... yeah... something like that.

Installing a turbo will not give you an exact horsepower amount. You can spend $500 or you can spend $2,000. Either one can result in 50hp or 100hp gain. Finding someone to tune the engine can cost $500 or $2,000 and won't guarantee any amount of hp.
Maintenance on the turbo and engine requires you to know the car and be able to fix any leaks that may happen. I don't have confidence that you are as involved in your car as necessary to maintain a turbo engine.
