does anyone know which short shifters fit on the lc2 accent.....
does the B&M short shifter for the 2008 accent fit on the 05???? sad.gif

I know that shifters for the tiburon and elantra fit the LC. SO if the LC and LC2 are the same then yes.

i was going to buy the one from the dealership cause it's not that expencive from them and it's B&M made specifically for hyundais

For the 2008? Give the dealership a call and see if it will work with the 2005.

08 Accent short shifter won't work from what I've heard.

00-05 Accent would be direct fit. Some years Tiburon and Elantra also but I'm not sure what all years.

Does the dealership offer a competitive price on it? I would have thought they would charge way over the cost you could get it for directly from B&M.

I think the dealership offers some sort of warranty with it.

^^And most likely a god awful install price! I did my own in just under an hour. What kind of things could go wrong with it that would really require a warranty? I just don't think I would be able to justify the price difference. I'm going to guess that they want way too much for it. If they are offering a warranty, I would see if they'll warranty the B&M that is model specific to your Accent. Then you could ordwer it from B&M and have Hyundai put it in. Just a thought.
