Hyundai Accent Forum The Hyundai Accent Forum. Hyundai's little champ. While the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Excel may be small, they respond very well to aftermarket modifications and is among the favorites for Hyundai tuners.

If it only goes rich at WOT that is 100% normal. That is the way our engines/ecu's are designed.

you would need an S-AFC to lean it out at WOT.

Cash a little tight. How about Supergtrs_man idea of AFPR and just lower the pressure? Prolly not the best way, but would it serve my purpose?

Lowering the stock fuel pressure via an AFPR might work, but you would need a Fuel pressure gauge to go with it. No one currently makes a AFPR that fits Hyundai fuel rails, so you would have to customize one.

For the expense of the customization, the AFPR and the Fuel Pressure gauge, you could have the S-AFC.
