The 2007 Accent SR (Canada only IIRC) came with rear discs. They should bolt right on, but you'll likely need the matching E-Brake cable was well.

I've been wondering this myself. My 07 had rear discs but the 09 is lacking and best I can tell the option was removed from all (us spec) models after 2008. HMA shows nothing of substance either.
If you go to the dealer and get the part break down it'll tell you exactly what is needed, then do some aftermarket shopping. If recollection serves I believe that even the e-brake cable is the same. The rear calipers (including core) are roughly $100/side through rockauto and pads are what ever you want to spend, but you'll need new shoes for the e-brake (~$35). You will need a different hub (~$150, $200 w/ABS) and of course the dust cover ($???). Rotors are between $30-60/per for the rear and all the misc hardware should come pretty cheap. Might to this myself when brake time comes

Yeah, it seems the RBs share the same rear brakes as the MCs.
Not sure what kind of calipers/rotors are being used on the new models, but that would be an interesting find if bigger/better. More research is needed I guess.

2012 RB Accent
Rear Disc brake -
Type: Solid disc
Disc O.D: 262 mm (10.31 in)
Disc thickness: 10 mm (0.39 in)
Caliper piston: Single
Cylinder I.D: Ø 33.96 mm (1.34 in)
2007 MC Accent
Rear brake (Disc) -
Type: Floating type with solid disc
Disc O.D: 262 mm (10.3 in)
Disc thickness: 10 mm (0.39 in)
Pad thickness: 10 mm (0.39 in)
Cylinder type: Single piston
Cylinder I.D: 31 mm (1.22 in)
Looks like the caliper on the RB is sightly larger with the same rotor. But you're talking adding $2-300 for 2mm bigger caliper pistons on a single piston, rear at that.
edit:
Rock auto lists a rear Non-ABS hub.

Fronts are exactly the same:
Front Disc brake
Type - Ventilated disc
Disc O.D: 256 mm (10.08 in)
Disc thickness: 22 mm (0.87 in)
Caliper piston: Single
Cylinder I.D: Ø 54mm(2.13 in)
Rear Disc brake -
Type: Solid disc
Disc O.D: 262 mm (10.31 in)
Disc thickness: 10 mm (0.39 in)
Caliper piston: Single
Cylinder I.D: Ø 33.96 mm (1.34 in)

Fascinating. Your best bet might to be to nab an entire rear axle from a disc equipped car, I wasn't aware that the RBs and MCs were similar.
Next time I'm at a junk yard, I'll have a look around, but I haven't seen any smashed up RBs yet. I'll keep an eye out, all it would take would be some careful measuring. Even if the axle itself doesn't swap over, you'll have all the hardware you need in one clean sweep.

Vehicle: '04 Hyundai Accent H/b "Project Decepticon"
Would it be possible to swap any of these parts onto my LC? I have a '04 Accent h/b that I would love to put rear discs on. Mine is a non-ABS at the front so I'm guessing I would need the non-ABS rear discs, if the conversion is possible for my model.
