Default Question on stock 01 Accent GS rotors

I'm putting my stock rims back on, and I remember when the service tech called me in he showed me two screws in the rotor. I only saw the passengers front tire off of the car before they put my 16in rims on. The screws were taken out and placed in a bag with the lug nuts. When I looked in the bag today I found 4 screws that looked alike (I assume that they are for the front tires) and 2 shorter thicker screws (I assume these are for the rear tires). Is this right .

from what i have been told the screws serve no purpose other than something to hold on to when they are being made in the factory. But i am often mistaken

nah man you are right, those are the captive screws used to hold the rotor on when the cars on the assembly line, and they are also used to give you a pain in the *** , when i did my rotors, not to long ago, i used an impact wrech to get them off, and when i went to unscrew them, the head broke right off, so i had to drill them out.

So take those screws and chuck em!!!
