Hyundai Accent Forum The Hyundai Accent Forum. Hyundai's little champ. While the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Excel may be small, they respond very well to aftermarket modifications and is among the favorites for Hyundai tuners.

New to modifying cars. Looking at doing some stuff to my accent for fun. Wider tires, suspension, maybe exhaust and some lighting.

2002 Hyundai accent hatchback unsure if 1.5 or 1.6L engine at time of post (currently at work and stumbled upon this site)
will update with more info

All of that is doable, it just depends how much you want to spend. Sadly there is not much love for Accents anymore, so you won't get many replies on here. Also all the good aftermarket parts are now rare and hard to find. I own 2 Accents a 2000 that I bought brand new but I don't drive it anymore and a 2001 GS that I still drive. They were great little cars in there day, still are but people have all moved on to newer things.
