Default need wiring help

So i bought an 03 elantra 2.0l automatic i am putting the engine out of it and a manual trans out of an elantra gt into my 02 accent 1.5l manual. What would be the easiest way to wire it up??

Take out the whole engine wiring loom out of the Elantra. Lable all the strand wires (temperature gauge ect)



im not sure if u will have problems with the automatic ECU because of the sensors u will not connect (kickdown ect)



So maybe easyer to use a 2.0 Tib non-immobilizer loom and ecu.
