Default My thermostat died on me

Need a new one. Somehow it blew up in pieces. Sooooooooo...the million dollar question is...stick with OEM or get something a little better? This is a beta thermostat btw since the car is swapped.

I've always been an OEM kind of guy. It's not that much more expensive, and it's worth the peace of mind to me.

Better as defined by what? It's a thermostat, they are all pretty much similar things. The OEM will work and that's really all you can ask of it.

I've seen a few cracked, none falling-apart broken though. The thing works by moving metal pieces. Eventually I guess they will all break.

I've seen the Beta ones in pieces before. I've never seen it on any other though.
