Hyundai Accent Forum The Hyundai Accent Forum. Hyundai's little champ. While the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Excel may be small, they respond very well to aftermarket modifications and is among the favorites for Hyundai tuners.

ok big big big let down today.i must have been looking for the wrong info someplace or just read info wrong but today i was test fitting the rear hub on my spindle and well, its not going to happen. i found at least 2 post that said the hub was a drop in, but no, not so much, the lantra hub is way to big.... so who as the answer, im in to deep to back out now, so if i end up redrillig my accent hub i will but then i will have centric problems. sooooo, hotblue what hub did you use?

The 99 Tiburon Hub (4x114) fit my 02 Accent no problem, direct fit. I took them off a few months ago after redrilling the rotor to 4x100 for my new rims.

Cant help ya with the abs issue, my car is non abs thank god. I would bet that they are the same other then the abs sensor spot. Why do you want non abs parts if you have abs? If you have trouble finding the rear hubs you can have mine, just pay for shipping.

Well I would keep the abs if I could find abs rear hubs that will work. I don't even care about abs or non abs parts as long as they work. And I would be glad to take you up on that offer. Send me the info and a paypal or something and ill get that right to you.

So I know this has been on hold, or just taking way to long. I'm very very bitter right now. Soooo, I needed some longer studs, I found a good deal on some arp studs so I jumped at it. The guy I got them from on e-gay had a low rateing but it was all good so I went ahead. Well that was last monday. Then last Thursday the guy tells me he had to go out of town and would ship on Friday. So I replyed that I understood, but really needed them much sooner than that, and asked if he could just try and make sure they go out asap. So he never replys and then I finally got a traking number on Monday, and the ass shipped them ups ground on monday From PA to NV. that's like a 5-6 day deliviry. So now I loose another weekend with no kids. I am telling you I'm so mad right now. Anyway I'm done with my rant. I got one of my 2 rear brakets made up. Just need to finish up my second one, clean them bothe up, paint them, and it looks like I will be able to put them on next mon. Anyway stay tuned, it will be done soon

ok small update here. i have everything ready to go, i should ave my wheel studs today, i finished my rear brakets, and i am ready to get this done. i have put in a few pics of everyhing in its ready state. when i get the brakets on and finished up i will fab up a e-brake addapter to run my stock e-brake cables. as i said befor i will make this set up for the rear if any one wants it as soon as i test it. given theamount of work, the fact that it has to be han cut im looking at about 120 for the rear brakets, and as long as my e-brake cable adapters work probably about 40 for them, or 150 for the full set. anyway here are some pcs of it all, and i will let everyone know how it works out as soon as its done. thanks every one for any help i have been given.
