Aight, i'm about ready to start buying everything to turbo charge my car... slowly but surely...
Here's the list, in order the hopeful of purchase:
Hyundai Shop Manual for a 2001 accent (w/ 1.6L)
Springs
Brake pads, at LEAST
MSD Ignition DIS-2 (programable)
Split-second fuel computer
Turbo: T-25 or a TDO4-15g, using the stock wastegate
Intercooler: either a OEM saab or aftermarket (got time to decide still)
Most likely a custom manifold... Ceramic coated
440cc Injectors
255L/hr fuel pump
HKS BOV
Downpipe w/ high flow cat
EGT, Water Temp, A/F ratio, and Boost Gauge
2.5" or 3" exhaust (opinions welcome, lol)
one step colder plugs at least, Denso Iridium's
Assorted intake-side piping
K&N filter
Some dyno time, and a hand with the turbo's oil lines.
Sound about right, guru's?
I'm contemplating upgrading the stock fuel lines, and I'm going to research a way to bump the stock fuel pressure (damn returnless system). I know how Jackson Racing did it for the 2g Miata, so I may give them a ring when the time comes... I also am going to get the struts replaced somewhere along the line, as I'm sure they will be shot. Contemplating slotted rotors and braided brake lines as well. The gauges, minus boost, would be a nice replacement for my cupholder on the center dash, imo, while the boost gauge hides up on my A pillar.
I'm hoping to have it ready and installing it next spring... at the earliest. smile.gif Unless I can get some monetary support, lol.
Plan is for 7psi of boost.

Add in a fuel pressure gauge. A quick glance at that will let you know if your modified returnless system is having any sort of a problem, and will save your motor long before you notice the A/F ratio in the red....
Just make sure that it is electronic and not mechanical. No one wants fuel lines run into the passenger compartment.... wink
