Default Instrument panel

Whats the best thing to use on plastic instrument panels to clear up a milky white haze? I used invisible glass cleaner but it just streaked and made it look worst.

It isn't difficult to remove the whole cluster. Drop the steering wheel down all the way, remove the two screws at the top of the cluster surround, then reef on the surround to remove it. There will be four screws holding the cluster itself in place. Once you have removed them, pull the cluster out far enough to disconnect the three wiring connectors at the back and it will come free.

Once the cluster is out of the car, you will notice that there are about six plastic tabs holding the clear plastic to the instruments themselves. Once you have the clear plastic off, you can then soak it in the sink and really clean it properly. Installation is a revere of removal
