How would a borla or magnaflow muffler sound
On my little accent if I had a shop fab up new piping and put one of those 2 mufflers on. Would it sound stupid and buzz like a bad riced out car or would it actually have a low tone? I've only ever heard them on cars with big engines and they sound amazing. But with my little engine Im thinking they wouldnt sound anywhere near as good.
its gonna sound like this > http://www.hyundaiaf...648#entry632648

but i used to weld on Borlas and Magnaflows. Borlas are more expensive, but they do sound nice! Magnaflows are midpriced, and Flowmaster are on the lower end. and then theres the white box special... muffler no name, in a white box.... sound like poop. but are good replacements for a complete stock system.

I tested a few magnaflow and borla mufflers before deciding to go with the one I got. It depends on personal preference. I chose the 12864 magnaflow because it had a deep growl to it and it was nice and loud. The borla I tested was soft and quiet, but it did sound nice.
I wanted my accent to growl, so I went with the magnaflow 12865.

I've had a Magnaflow muffler on for awhile, with a 5 speed manual, it sounds nice around 5000rpm. I changed the filter to a short ram and what a difference it makes ( not from the muffler) from the cone filter itself.
