Hyundai Accent Forum The Hyundai Accent Forum. Hyundai's little champ. While the Hyundai Accent and Hyundai Excel may be small, they respond very well to aftermarket modifications and is among the favorites for Hyundai tuners.

Ebay. I got headers for my 1.5 liter accent for less than 150 dollars. They are for the x3 accent but fit all the same.

I got headers for my Tib from eBay as well, I think the seller was SS Auto Chrome. The quality wasn't top notch, and the finish burnt away after a week, but they were cheap and the tubes still carry exhaust away from the engine. I would highly suggest heat wrapping the tubes before installation, it will keep down engine bay temps and hide the inevitable corrosion of the headers.

I think RPW was the last place I saw making a 1.5l SOHC header...and that was YEARS ago now.

We purchased a set of RPW headers several years ago and then modified them along with a new downpipe to fit them to the 1.6 OHC.

They are now in production and offered at KFX.

They are in stock and ship next business day.

They will fit the older 1.5, but you will need to mod the down pipe to fit your car prior to 2006

Let me know if you have questions.
