When im driving i smell nothing. When I at a stop light i smell header wrap. How is this getting inside of the car? Anyone know what i can do to eliminate the out side smells?
Press the recirculation button or move your lever to recirculation on your a/c controls.
Looks something like this (not exactly, but similar):http://forums.genvibe.com/zerofile/13950/recirc.JPG

Its been wrapped for a while now. Can I put a cabin air filter in or somthing that will block the smells. I dont even know if it has a spot to install one.

It has a spot for a filter, but it won't stop smells.
Like mentioned, you'll have to have the air recirculate instead of pull in fresh air from the vents behind the hood.

i don't think there is a way to stop it. i got undercoating on my header once and all that toxic crud is a bit dangerous to inhale. i had to drive at high speed to burn it all off.

are you sure that it isn't exhaust gas?
i suggest double header gaskets. i highly recommend hedman hedders gasket. like the high temp stuff. everything else burnt out within 1 month or didn't seal properly. these are nice, thick, and durable. the only other place it could come out of is vanve cover seal, or spark plugs. i sealed my spark plugs with antiseize and boots with dialectric grease for a nice good seal.
