Default Hail damage on my baby

Yesterday afternoon we had a huge hail storm hit Calgary and my baby (read car) was outside and was hit hard!! I'm soooo upset, the roof is covered in dents now... I can't get a hold of my insurance company (they either hang up on me or give me a French person who can't speak English) and I'm just not having a good day...... Just had to share that with somebody!!! ARGHHHHHHHH *pulls hair out of head*

However I was at the race track all weekend which was fun, got a lot of good photo's from Open Wheel, Vintage and Closed Wheel races since I was marshalling.

Calgary is going crazy right now and is full of tourists here for the CALGARY STAMPEDE!! Everyone is wearing a cowboy hat... listening to country music......

Somebody please just shoot me!! Thanks lol.......

So sorry man. About everything. I live in constant fear of hail storms ruining my car, but luckily no one in Ottawa thinks they're a cowboy. Good luck.

Thanks guys... ! *small smile*

I am through TD Meloche Monnex Insurance. Not great customer service that is for sure, I guess that is why they are so cheap... They said on the phone you can make a claim online........well... you can't.

I guess I'll take 2 hours of my day tomorrow to try them again.

Are they local or is there a branch office near you? Might be easier to just drive there and show them in person versus trying to fight automated phone systems.

that sucks! it started hailing during the worst storm i have ever experienced 3 weeks ago. i was in work and we had winds up to 75 mph. the roof of dairy queen flew over my car and landed on the row of cars behind mine then it started hailing. then i started crying and freaking out! lucky the hail wasnt big enough to do damage however there were some big chunks that hit other peoples cars.

That really sucks, I hope your insurance covers it soon. They're probably swamped with claims right now.

That storm sounds crazy...I don't like birds flying over my car, haven't even considered the roof of a DQ.
