i fitted megasquirt to my car.. and while tuning i been pretty heavy on the starter..

If i take apart the Relay under the bonnet and press it in. It cranks.
When i turn the key to start it a relay above fuse box clicks..
Both relays have been replaced and northing !! problems after problems..

Holy crap your still messing with the wiring? I cant help much at the moment but it sounds like maybe the relay is not getting the signal to close the circuit on the relay since it works with you doing it manually.

Blue its been a killer mate.
I had wait 9 weeks for my ECU to come..
As soon as i was setting it up for the coupes Wasted spark and injectors ect. the engine stopped cranking randomly. while i was bolting up the megasquirt ground cable.
I had to remove that fuel box behide the bumper cause the beta pump blowed the line off and filled my drive way with over 4 gallons of fuel before i noticed.

When the key go's to starter. The Relay under the dash clicks. But if i bridge the under bonnet one.. the Dash one gets really hot. is this normal ?

Sounds like you have some wires not in the right place, I think you should get it running right on the beta ecm before trying to mix in the megasquirt. Im tied up for a few weeks but I hope to have all projects wrapped up by then and can lend a hand. Did the new ecm come out of a car with attainable and propper wiring schematics?

The ecu is fully stand alone costing me around $920 inc loom and shipping
First day the fuel relay melted somthing in the board. because the wire touched a 12V feed while i was soldering the connectors for the fuel relay. (megasquirt Forces ground on the relay)
at the time the mega squirt wasn't grounded so the built protection didnt work. So it damaged the Fuel driver inside. ($10 in parts to re-solder)
Thats the thing mate.
I never touched the starter loom or anything by fusebox or relay inside looms.
I removed all the engine sensors and ECU. Dashboard is coming out in morning and i am going to strip off every peice of Tape.... Cable cover.... and plastic so i can see everything. till this beast is running.
Because the worry about my engine mounts my drive shafts.. my welds taking the power of a beta Turbo. On-top of this... Its gonna be death trap kinda project if i dont keep on my toes.
