Default Getting Rid Of Swirl Marks

Ive tried everything. Claybar, polishes, cleaner waxes, scratch-x and nothing works. I still have tiny spiderweb swirl marks in my clear coat. I applied everything by hand since I dont have a DA or orbital polisher. Its driving me crazy to see these things in the paint. Mostly on the hood and roof. Is there anything out there for people who dont have an expensive polisher and can be used by hand to remove them? Or is the only way to get rid of them is to use a polisher?

Only way to get rid of swirl marks (which are actually tiny scratches) is with a compound and a buffer.

I got rid of mine with a ton of elbow grease and scratch out and 3m polishing compound. You have to work one panel at a time, be patient, but when I did the tib, it came out amazing! Was done all by hand as well.

The easiest way is to take your car care products budget to a professional detailer. The next-easiest way involves a buffer.

I have them in mine too but you can only see them if there's a light shining directly on it or if it's in direct sun light. I wish I could get rid of them too but I have neither a DA or orbital.

Try the Optimum poliseal. It can be applied by hand, though whatever polish/compound you use, it is still better to use a buffer.

DA's are really not that expensive. You can get them pretty cheap online especially if its a mini one. Just get a pad that isnt that strong or abrasive and you wont have to worry about burning through your paint.
