Engine... Where is that hole..
Ok heres the scoop,
I am trying to install guages in my car and well instead of the regular electrnic guages that give a 90 degree radius I went with actual guages one is oil pressure which I need to know where to find a hole in the block for the sensor.
Now I know the engine has one on it for the electrnic guage but I dont want to go electric and feed into that wire if I can help it.

Electronic would be a whole lot easier. I know someone who ran a non electronic oil pressure guage and it fell off the pillar and got slammed in his door. He had no money to replace it so he had a smashed oil guage just sitting in his car that he could not remove because the oil was run straight into it. It was a mess.

you really do NOT want mechanical gauges for Oil puressure, oil tempature, or Fuel Pressure, Water temp, or trans temp.
Running a fluid line into the passenger compartment to the gauge is a SERIOUS PITA.
Go with electrical gauges. If you already bought mechanical gauges, sell them on ebay and go electric.

Guys it was a ordering issue. I had ordered them as mechanical and they were supposed to be a present from a relative. When xmas came around and I opened them and found them to be mechanical the place were they wer bought would not return them. Yes I know the issue about having fluids run into the cab of the car. No its not in the pillar and yes it will be fine. But seriously even if they were electrical they still need a sendign unit and that sending unit needs a home. So does anyone know of a place on the 1.5l engine to put it. The answer should not be splice into the factory unit or remove factory unit as that would leave a permanant fault code and a check engine light as well as a low oil light

just use a T fitting, unscrew the oil light switch, screw the T in the block ,screw the oil light switch in the T, screw your sender or tube in the T
that' all
BTW, i use mechanical gauges for at least 12 years and so far never had any problem with them
