Im not doing this but I was wondering the other day what would be involved to convert an engine to be able to take E85 fuel?

pretty much nothin

it supposedly eats rubber hoses after a LONG time

id pour it into my tank now

realize it doesnt make any more power at all and is generally harder to come accross

If you did that, it'd run like sh*t. You need larger injectors and a way to tune. Yes, it does eat rubber... it's alcohol. You need alcohol safe fuel lines.

yup my 750cc injectors and the aem f/ic fill the bill nicely lol

although i have driven a 100% stock nissan titan and it didnt effect it too much

Why on Earth would you tell someone who wants to convert his car to E85 that is takes, "pretty much nothin", when you have 750cc injector and an AEM box? What they hell kind of advice is that?

cuz he asked what is needed to run it

i dont know what he has done to his car i didnt wanna assume either

you can run e85 in MOST late model vehicles
