Default circuit boards
I need to clean an amp to deal with an intermittent issue. I am wondering if I have to discharge the caps before I spray the circuit board with deoxit? If so, what is the best method?

A decent circuit will have bleeder resistors to keep you alive. Check with a voltmeter after it's off/unplugged for several hours (overnight).
