I'd have to see a photo of the accent motor to know exactly what you are talking about, but I think I have a pretty good idea.

There are 2 hoses the exit the top of the valve cover. One is the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve, the other is the breather hose.

The PCV valve hose routes directly to the intake manifold. The breather hose routes to the intake, before the throttle body.

You COULD put a breather filter on the end of the breather hose...however, at low RPM, that breather hose belches out a mixture of air and oil. That oil accumulates in your breather filter and can drip out inside your engine. At high RPM the breather hose sucks IN air. You cannot just block it off, so you have to vent it somewhere.

Summit Racing makes breather catch tanks. They are about $30, and come in a variety of colors. They are just a plastic tank with a petcock on the bottom for draining the accumulated fluid, with a breather element on top. I would reccomend one of these if you want to move the breather hose.

DO NOT re-route/disconnect the PCV hose.
