When I went driving today make brakes started making noise. Figured they were wore, as I knew they had to be replaced for awhile. Jacked up the car and remove the bottom bolt to pivot the caliper out of they way and sure enough were completely worn. Got new pads and set them in place. Went to swing the caliper back in place and it won't fit. The piston was pushed in all the way with c clamp and old pad. However the outter side of the caliper won't move in far enough to allow the caliper to fully close. The stub that sticks out on the piston side hits the back of the caliper mount. Can't push it over anymore.
Does this mean that the pads are too thick? They sit within the confines of the holding plate.
Also can't get the two bolts that hold the caliper mounting plate off. Whats best to loosen them to replace the rotor?
Lastly, bought new drums and shoes and spring set for the back brakes. I noticed that the spring set didn't come with springs for the ebrake. Maybe a stupid question but can you replace those springs or are those only replaced if u change the ebrake line its self?

know that the top slider pin needs to slide freely, but does the bottom where the 14MM bolt was removed need to slide freely as well? If so I believe I found the problem. If that is the case, what is the best way to free it up?
Both pins need to move freely for the brakes to work properly.
Your best bet at this point is to use a hammer to knock the pin out, clean the hole with spray cleaner and a small screwdriver. Then I would suggest replacing the pins (they're something like $3 per side) ans re greasing the holes. I would also recommend replacing the boots that go over the pins, sometimes they are included with the pins sometimes they aren't.
It's always the bottom pin that gets stuck.

Thanks for your help. Any suggestions on how to free the caliper mount screws. Thought of air tools but was not sure if it would snap them. Cause me even more problems.
Air tools should be fine. You can also put a wrench on there and hit it with a hammer, or ***carefully*** use a torch to heat the metal around the threads so it will expand away from the bolts.
Just be careful doing anything that impactful while the car is on jacks.
