Default Body Styling question

I have just bought a 2010 accent and since there isn't to many opptions for this style i was thinking about putting a wind splitter on it. any thoughts? i've never really seen them on a car so i'm not sure if this is a sign that they don't look to hot or if i've just never seen any. also like i said since there is very little option i was going to put the splitter on the factory bumper good or bad idea? thanks for any input in advance

Do you mean canards?

If so, it won't be a problem to put them on the stock bumper. They're just usually considered a pretty extreme mod so most people don't install them unless you need them for racing or if your car has a full body kit and a race look going on already. They won't hurt anything, at most you risk having people question your taste on an otherwise stock car.
