Default 4-2-1 Question on the Accent???

I have 4-2-1 headers from SR on the way for my 2002 Accent GS 1.6L and want to know what needs to be done to put it on??? Thanks Ben

Last I heard, you're gonna need to get an o2 sensor bung welded to the header. You'll need to get an aftermarket cat attached to the end of the collector pipe, and you'll need to get a second o2 sensor mounted after the new cat.

Most people would also recommend replacing the header gasket and the nuts/washers that hold the header in place. Then, you'll probably want to pick up a torque wrench so you can torque down your new nuts/washers evenly accross the headers. And last, you might (MAYBE! not sure how hot these heders run) need to get some kind of a heat shield put in between your alternator and new header. Better safe then sorry on the last on.
